Turning scattered keywords and leads into one opportunity pipeline
Opportunity Map - growth system

The underlying problem was the absence of a shared definition for an opportunity.
I connected the signal sources into one operating model: what enters, how it is classified, who owns the next step and what should be reviewed.
Situation
Useful signals were spread across search data, conversations and lead tools. The team could see individual fragments but had no consistent way to decide which opportunities deserved attention.
What they thought was wrong
The obvious answer was another lead list. That would have added one more destination without clarifying how a signal becomes an owned opportunity.
What I found
The underlying problem was the absence of a shared definition for an opportunity. Without that, collection, qualification and follow-up could not join up.
What was worth fixing
The concept focuses on the information architecture and decision rules first. It intentionally avoids presenting speculative conversion or revenue claims as proof.
What I changed
I connected the signal sources into one operating model: what enters, how it is classified, who owns the next step and what should be reviewed.
What I built
- Opportunity taxonomy
- Source-to-pipeline map
- Qualification workflow
- Interface direction for the shared view
Result
This is labelled as a concept. Validate the model with a live team before making claims about conversion, revenue or time saved.
Reflection
The next step would be a small pilot with one real source and one real owner, measured by the number of signals that become clear next actions.
Implementation comes after diagnosis.
- Opportunity taxonomy
- Source-to-pipeline data map
- Qualification workflow
- Shared-view interface direction
What is known so far.
